Our Electronic Prepress department is able to receive your project at any stage of development. A wide range of software packages for either Macintosh or PC compatible platforms are used to guarantee the highest quality and printing efficiency.

We can provide professional Preflight and Imposition of your files.

Design

ASCOTECH provides a full range of expertise to prepare electronic copy of the artwork for your forms, stationery, brochures, books, specialty items. Our experienced crew can help with anything from logo design to full layout design.

Scanning & Photo Correction

Our fully trained staff is well-versed in color correction and image manipulation.

PDF/Postscript workflow

We see our mission in helping designers to prepare their files ready for various production processes. If you are a freelance designer, but not familiar with all requirements of different printing processes we will help you be concentrated on creative part of your project. If your project looks perfect on screen, it doesn't mean that printing company will be able to print it. Most printing companies are able to fix your files, but that might cost much more than you expect, especially when problems with your files brake their schedule.

Ascotech offers a full range of electronic prepress services. We will optimize your project for specific printing process. We will make sure that your book, newsletter, technical document, magazine or journal will be accepted by your printing suppliers with no need to pay them for fixing your files.

Our experts can be your virtual prepress room. With no need to pay full time wages, we will be always at your fingertips. Concentrate on design and concept, and don't worry about technical details you don't even want to know. Our prepress workflow is designed to make the production process easier for you and your company.

You created a project, design or layout but not sure if it will look good on press? Not sure about how your pictures will print? Just send your files to us. We will check your files, color correct your images, preflight and fix potential problems with vector or bitmap graphics, fonts or colors. We will print SWOP Certified color proofs, which you can send to your print supplier as your contract proof.

If you are business owner, and need business cards, stationery, presentation folder or newspaper ad, we are here to help you. We will not only design anything you need, but also archive you graphic files and keep them for future use*. So if you want to change or add something in future, you will not need to create it from scratch again. We can always do it for you using archived files.

* We keep archives for 3 years. After 3 years all files are discarded.
