Although ASCOTECH will take reasonable steps to contact Customer by e-mail based on information that Customer has provided, ASCOTECH will not be liable for any undelivered e-mail communications or any costs Customer incur for maintaining Internet access and an e-mail account. Customer has an AFFIRMATIVE OBGLIGATION to provide ASCOTECH with a correct and operational e-mail address, and to notify ASCOTECH promptly as to any changes or cancellations of any and all e-mail addresses Customer provided to ASCOTECH. ASCOTECH reserves the right to take measures to ensure the integrity of its contact directory, and expects that Customer will cooperate and keep Customer contact information correct and current.

How You Can Use the Services

ASCOTECH is pleased to give you access to this Site free of charge. However, in order to access the Site, you will need to establish an account with an Internet service provider. You will also need equipment to access the Site, including a computer, modem or other communication device.
