Large Format Eco-Solv Printing At Ascotech we focus on expanding how clients can display their graphics using the most efficient print process. Eco-solv printing combines durability and quality with cost effectiveness. We can achieve this by printing in-store graphics on recyclable premium paper or tear resistant satin poly (both are guaranteed not to have edge curl). For moderate outdoor applications, we utilize a 14oz smooth vinyl and for maximum outdoor durability, a scrim vinyl is used.

UV Flatbed Printing Staying on the leading edge of digital technology, Ascotech is currently using the UV Flatbed process for direct to substrate printing. Just as the Eco-solv roll to roll process, this UV Flatbed technology minimizes your per square foot cost. No more printing then mounting to substrates. We print direct to heavy card, styrene, corrugate, dibond, acrylic, fabric and more. This equipment prints near photo quality direct to these substrates up to 48"x96"x1.5", producing graphics with reverse type as small as 6pt. Along with exceptional quality, there isn't a need for post UV protection as these inks are light fast and outdoor durable for at least three years.

Laminating & Finishing We offer a complete line of substrate and UV-resistant laminates such as gloss, matte and window cling. The mounting process also adds to the finished product by providing the client with a variety of materials to display their product. A photo quality print can be mounted to almost any material; foamcore, gatorboard, sintra or artboard. These different materials add versatility to the product, as the materials can be hung on the wall or from a ceiling. Assembly of the product is the final step, and depending on the clients requirements, can range from velcro and magnets to pockets and dowels or any custom idea you may have. The laminating and mounting department finishes your product beautifully, and gives it that eye catching professional look that you expect.
